My first cool shoes

I've recently bought these new shoes by "New Balance" and they are so cool.... I love them, and I actually feel a sense of cooleness, I swear people look at me and our like "waou she's cool" and if I listen to Asher Roth then that tops it off.

I always envied my friend Lauren who wore these kind of shoes, but I never found the right pair for me... and that time has finally come. Whoever is a cool trainer kid let me know.. I am now thinking of buying my second pair, on my way to be like my cool cousin Ben who owns like 30 pairs (not even kidding)....

The day tha MJ died

So it's true, he has gone.... I actually cried about this which i thought wouldn't happen. Micheal Jackson was the greatest artist ever and I know that his songs will live on forever.

I think today everyone was listening to MJ on their ipods, and it's weird to think that everyone knows that everyone else knows that he is dead. As if the whole world has something to share: the death of a man. But how about all the other men,women,children who die on a daily basis??

I always think about this when a celebrity/famous person dies, but it's true, how about all the other people, what about some recognition for them...

Of course MJ had an amazing talent and he was about to do something like 50 gigs in London. But just thinking about everything that he went through must of really taken it's toll.
And how about Farrah Fawcett who died on the same day, wher's the news on that, surely her death is important to the world as well. It seems that his detah has taken control of the world for a day and I'm sure next week the world be talking about Irak or the Mp's expenses....or what ever happened to swine flu... what will be next??

A real blog

Hey, so this is my first ever post, weird!! Before I started this I had a look at other blogs to check out what was out there and all I could find were these blogs with amazing images of peoples lives and pictures of how they live etc.

But they were just too perfect, as if they spent hours trying to create a "really cool" picture to put on their blog. But are't blogs supposed to be about real lives, and how we really live and react to the things surounding us?

Anyway so I decided to grap my bf's camera and take pics of what I like ie: fashion and beauty products (yeah, well original I know). And I wanted to compare them to pics of others peoples blogs who obviously have tried to hard to look cool. (OK so maybe I'm a bit jealous, but hey aren't we all), so here are a couple of pics compared with my "real, non set-up" ones. Let me know what you think.....
